I would like to get a quote on getting my bathroom redone.

It is a small bathroom which currently has a bath, a toilet unit, a small
sink and a standing shower unit.

The bathroom is sort of L-shaped approx. 3.1m length and 3m wide. The bit
which is sticking out is the bath (1.5m length x 0.7m depth)

We are looking to get rid of the shower and change the bathtub area to
become a bath + shower. All units will remain other than moving the sink to where the shower is. Appreciate that you may need to view the bathroom before being able to give me a quote, in which case, I would be happy to arrange an appointment. In addition, I would also like to know if we go ahead with the project, when can the work start?

We should start something around 06.12 to get all done before Christmas.
Ceiling must be replaced as removal of paper might be not enough for a good quality finish. My proposal is to make it properly.
 
To make a new straight ceiling and paint
To install additional light above mirror
To plumb and install  towel rail

Hi Mariusz,

The final quote looks fine to me - is the labour fixed price? I am assuming that we will have receipts for all of the materials.

Please can you advise us of the next steps?
I agree that the ceiling should be fixed properly.
 
Please can you let us know what is the best possible price which you can give us for the whole lot? Can we look at any cash discounts perhaps?
